How do I submit my claim?

Claiming your Hitachi Cooling & heating purchase is easy! All you need to do is follow these steps:

  • Enter the serial number, located on the outdoor unit label

  •  Select which Dealer or Stockist you purchased at, from the drop-down list 
  •  Upload a copy of the receipt (Max file size 3MB. Must be an image, PDF, txt or word file)
  •  Enter the Date of Purchase

Please allow up to 28 business days for your claim to be approved. If you do not receive your card, please contact info@hitachirewards.com.au

How do I save a copy of my receipt so I can upload it into the claim site?

To upload a copy of your sales receipt, you will need to follow one of the below steps: 

  • Scan a copy of your receipt, save this as a PDF file onto your computer
  • Or take a photo of your receipt using either a camera or smartphone and save this onto your computer
  • Once the file has been saved in one of the above formats on your computer, you will be able to upload this in the claim site.
